The Fall Conference is just around the corner and we would like to give you an idea of what we have planned (see attached). The Conference will be held September 28-30, 2018 at the Lakeview Resort, Morgantown WV.
It is not necessary to make your own lodging reservations, we will provide the hotel with a list of attendees. It is imperative that you complete this registration form completely and return it to Chief Ed Preston, Morgantown Police Department, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown WV, 26505.
Friday evening will include a live performance by the band “Copper Crossing”. Saturday morning’s training session will be conducted by the Honorable J. Douglas McCullough, LtCol USMC, former US Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina and Justice on the North Carolina Court of Appeals as well as the author of the soon to be made movie “Sea of Greed”. Judge McCullough was the prosecutor that was responsible for overseeing the investigation that led to the invasion of Panama and indictment of former Panamanian President Manuel Noriega.

Check-in will begin on Friday September 28, 2018 beginning at 3:00 p.m. Members who have submitted their registration to attend, but for some reason are not able to attend, must cancel your reservation with me prior to September 27, 2018. If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be responsible for the room costs.
We are currently seeking business vendors to participate in our annual fall conference. You will be able to display your product(s) during the weekend and meet with the Police Chiefs and other high-ranking Police department members throughout the State of West Virginia. The vendor Registration Fee is $750.00 (which includes 1 hotel room), or $55.00 (should you choose an alternate hotel at your own expense). Either option also includes meals that are scheduled for participants, special planned activities and access to our hospitality suite.
