The Fall Conference is just around the corner, and we would like to give you an idea of what we have planned (see attached). The Conference will be held September 30- October 2nd, 2022, at the Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, WV. It is not necessary to make your own lodging reservations, we will be providing the resort with a list of attendees. Check-in will begin Friday, September 30th beginning at 3:00 p.m. Members who have submitted their registration to attend, but for some reason are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation with me prior to September 23rd, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., if you do not cancel your reservation, you will be responsible for the cost.
Please find the enclosed registration form that must be filled out in its entirety and returned to this office by Friday, August 23rd, 2022, to make sure everything is finalized.
Any registration form received after August 23rd, 2022, stands the risk of not being honored.
Friday there'll be vendors and Friday evening will include dinner (provided) and a hospitality room. Saturday afternoon activities (on your own) follow in this letter. Saturday will also include vendors and a hospitality room.
The resort bas offered a $65 golf rate (per 9 holes) instead of the usual $125 rate, for our group. Participants will have to call the golf shop and book their own individual tee times.
