West Virginia Chiefs of Police Association Members,
We look forward to seeing each of you this year at our annual conference which will be at The Blennerhassett Hotel in Parkersburg, West Virginia from September 29th, 2023 to October 1st, 2023. The cost of hosting a large conference for our members each year always places a financial strain on the association. Due to inflation and the increased costs of almost every expense associated with a conference, this year we are implementing a conference fee for members and guests who attend. The conference fee for each member will be $50 and $25 per each additional guest they choose to bring. If this conference fee causes a financial burden on any retired member, you may request and be granted a waiver from paying the conference fee. We have secured the entire hotel for the conference, but space may still be limited. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. To ensure you secure a spot at the conference, prompt registration is encouraged.
All members registered for the conference will receive an agenda for the conference prior to the conference which will address check-in times and include a detailed outline of the events for the conference. Also, all members who paid their membership dues before August 1st, 2023 have been mailed a registration form and their 2023 membership cards.
