Senate Bill 539

Concerning SB 539, relating to applying the provisions of the code regarding reinstatement of non-civil service chiefs and deputy chiefs to Class III and Class IV municipalities in addition to Class I and II.

This bill is introduced by Senator Synder (304) 357-7957 with support from Senator Unger (304) 357-7933. The Board of Directors is asking all members of the Association to call both of the above Senators to let them know you are in support and keep trying to get this passed.
